EXTERNAL RESOURCES COORDINATOR :
Emmanuel Burton Luwumba is a bona fide member of PRISCCA TRUST's External Board of consultative advisors. Moreover ,he is PRISCCA TRUST's External Resources Coordinator in Botswana and elsewhere.{His position commands him to recruit and enroll membership to PRISCCA ,source resources in cash or kind on behalf of PRISCCA TRUST}.
Emmanuel was born 16 December 1968 .He is a Tanzanian by birth ,a South African citizen by nationalisation and a Motswana by marriage .
He is a tireless evangelist ,soul winner ,teacher and minister of the Word of God under the leadership of Christ's Oasis (Church) Ministry in Gaborone-Botswana .
He studied Theology with the Zimbabwe Bible College in 2000- 2003 and upon completing his studies he started his prison ministry fellowship .
Emmanuel Burton Luwumba also studied marketing and business management . He is the Managing Director for Royal Membrane Group Private Ltd which deals with flooring ,overall sales and supplies .The company also supplies all customized branded mats .His flooring company has worked with globally recognized companies such as JCB, Medswana ,Botswana landboard ,DHL ,Game City ,Tumstar Holdings ,Kia Botswana and various ministries .
He has experience of international transport logistics ,marketing and sales and a bit of accountancy .
Emmanuel is the author of the book "Eternity to Eternity" .He also has many years of direct fellowship with inmates and the Zimbabwe Rehabilitation and Correctional Services officers .
He is married and a father of two daughters. Currently he is legally staying in Gaborone -Botswana where he ministers the Gospel of Christ and manages his flooring company .

Self Sustaining Fund Raising Projects
SELF SUSTAINING FUND RAISING PROJECTS FOR PRISCCA :
PRISCCA TRUST has three self sustaining FUND RAISING projects that it wishes to embark on .Namely; the Mwenezi Project ; the Fishing Project and the Small Scale Gold Mining Project .
Funding is needed for the purchase of the required equipment for these projects to start running .
(a) The Mwenezi project is PRISCCA Trust's farming project that will focus on horticulture - piggery, rabbit keeping , cattle breeding fattening and selling ,bee keeping ,goat keeping , poultry etc etc .
(b) The Fishing Project .Zimbabwe is blessed with a good number of big inland dams full of tasty and sellable white fishes .PRISCCA TRUST would wish to start quite a number of fund raising fishing projects on the Tugwi Mukosi Dam ,Manyuchi Dam ,Lake Chivero ,Kariba Dam etc .
(c) The Small Scale Gold Mining .Given that Zimbabwe is blessed with rich gold belts ;PRISCCA Trust would wish to use the natural resources of it's homeland to fund for its aims and objectives . Therefore it appeals for funding to buy the required mining equipment .
PRISCCA believes these three projects and many more which it desires to establish will be able to sustain its self funding baseline if they are successful funded and established .

Our Mission
While it's the responsibility of the civil authorities of any nation to incarcerate all convicted law breaking citizens .On the other hand, PRISCCA believes it is also the responsibility of all citizens of any given country to help their civil government in the rehabilitation of their fellow countrymen languishing in prison for the different crimes they committed .
To send a convicted and sentenced criminal to prison is not to declare ,decree and condemn them to 'social write offs' that will not have a second chance back into the society .PRISCCA Trust believes that imprisonment of the criminal is the beginning of the long process to proper rehabilitation and reintegration of the criminal back into the society .
With that said ,PRISCCA is joining hands with the government of the people's Republic of Zimbabwe ,different donor organisations ,church organisations and all people across the world that are investing their tireless efforts ,money ,resources and prayers in trying to rehabilitate prisoners .
It is ,therefore, one of PRISCCA's greatest concern to help with the rehabilitation of prisoners when they are still behind bars as well as after their release from prison
Rehabilitation of inmates and ex convicts is a process that hinges on absolute love and forgiveness .
However, the sad story is that when a criminal offender is convicted and subsequently sent to prison the society most invariably has unyielding hatred even to the serving inmate's family ; be they their wife ,husband ,children, or parents . The inmate's immediate family members though they may not have participated in the crime of the imprisoned offender are to some extent stigmatized and considered the offender's co accused by the society .
If the offender has children ,society looks down upon them .They are the least to be considered for any help when the parent is sent to prison because society will be saying ,in one way or the other ,they should share in the punishment of their family ...stigmatized, sidelined and shunned .
It is this unyielding negative and uncaring attitude of the society against the imprisoned offender and their family left behind as they go to prison that hinders the proper process of rehabilitating and reintegrating the inmates.
PRISCCA thus, aims to help in the rehabilitation of inmates as well as in the reintegration of ex convicts back to the society after serving their prison sentences through the INMATES /PRISONERS' GRAND .

THE INMATES /PRISONERS GRAND WILL INCLUDE:
(I) The welfare of the inmates when they are still in prison .Inmates that will be desirous to enroll in Primary and or Secondary school education will be helped under this grand .
TERTIARY COURSES : inmates that will be desirous to enroll for distance theological and ,or any other tertiary course or education through correspondence will be assisted accordingly under this grand .
*> Juvenile offenders in Juvenile prisons as well as the female prisoners will be helped ultimately under this grand .
*** INMATE'S BENEFICIARIES :
> educational ,financial and any other material welfare provisions will also be given to the needy children and, or, spouse that will be left to look after the family single handedly when the other parent is sent to prison . *This will help the inmate parent or family bread winner not to be faced with a backlog of school drop outs children, a poverty stricken and malnutritioned family upon their release from prison since PRISCCA will be taking care of their dependents when they are in prison . *This will minimize stigma against the inmate and their immediate family .*This will help curb repeat offending .
Close assessment reveals that it is the single female parent inmate that will be faced with the worst conditions after their release from prison especially if they had left some kids behind as they went to prison .In most cases these kids will be entrusted to the care of old grand parents that themselves also need help from able bodied people .PRISCCA offers to stand in the gap !
(ii) PRISCCA TRUST's evangelical missions to prisons will receive their funding from this grand . "I was naked and you clothed Me ,I was sick and you visited Me with help and ministering care ,I was in prison and you came to see Me." Matthew 25:36
(iii) Material and financial assistance will be given to immediately released ex convicts under this grand .Rehabilitation and correctional help to prisoners should be underlined with proper reintegration of the ex covict back into the society. PRISCCA through the INMATES /PRISON GRAND will support immediately released ex convicts with material and financial help . Ex convicts will be helped to start self sustaining projects or small business ventures e.g small micro self sustaining farming projects, Bee keeping ,poultry cattle fattening and selling ,piggery ,fishing projects ,small scale gold mining etc ,etc !

THE COMMUNITY GRAND :
>Poverty could be defined as ,"an insufficiency of the material necessities of life ".
>The poor could be defined or described as ," PERSONS WHO DO NOT HAVE ,AND ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN ,THE MEANS FOR SUSTAINING LIFE .IF THEY ARE TO SURVIVE THEY ARE THUS DEPENDENT UPON THE RESOURCES OF OTHER PEOPLE ".
>This third definition of the poor could be the most biblical one .The poor are; “THOSE WHO CANNOT SUSTAIN THEMSELVES BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO OLD ,TOO YOUNG OR TO HANDCAPPED TO WORK ".
Many rural communities in Zimbabwe are poverty stricken .Thus PRISCCA Trust is committed to reach out to the poor and needy in these communities. The entire Gospel of Jesus Christ is centred on love . And one of the biblical principle to practically live out the Calvary love is to give charity to the poor .Isaiah 58:7 ,James 1:27 & Ezekiel 34:2-4
Biblical charity is to help the poor help themselves so that they will eventually be able to help others and this encourages responsibility and productivity .The goal is to share the love of Christ with the poor as to make them self sufficient .
Most invariably Christian charity will win the souls of the lost to Christ . Biblical charity is an obligation to every Christian ...it's compassionate selfless service and sacrifice to meet the needs of others ," LET US NOT LOVE WITH WORDS OR TONGUE BUT WITH ACTIONS AND IN TRUTH ". 1 John 3:18
PRISCCA's motive for giving to the poor through the COMMUNITY. GRAND is out of love for Christ .

Community grand will among other things cater for ,
-building of Blair toilets
-_drilling of boreholes to the community with clean and safe water
- establishing small micro self sustaining farms to the community
-fund for self help projects for the youths
-_building information centres
-_building clinics in certain communities
-_giving of aid to the under privileged ,orphans ,widows ,single mothers the old aged and the disabled etc
PRISCCA will also organize workshops to educate the youth to abstain from committing crimes as well as to help them start self supporting projects under the community grand .
The community will also be strongly taught against moral poverty traits ( selfishness, greediness ,laziness ,immorality ,shortsightedness,gambling, alcohol abuse ,addiction ,pornography addiction, prostitution & drug abuse ) which inevitably give birth to material poverty .
PRISCCA's community capacity building and livelihood support is based on encouraging people to work for themselves and not to be lazy .

Schools
SCHOOLS GRAND :
This grand will fund both Primary and Secondary schools in rural areas throughout Zimbabwe . It should be noted that the construction of Early childhood Development play centres is a grand funded provision exclusive to Primary Schools . However ,the construction of computer laboratories and the provisions for computer equipment is for both Primary and Secondary schools . Most schools in rural areas are situated in very remote areas hence they are not electrified .They may either need to be electrified or solar powered in order for the pupils to be able to use the computers practically during their computer lessons .Thus the Schools grand will have to factor in funding for the possible electrification or solar power installation in certain rural schools.
Funding For
(2) Schools grand will fund for (1) Infrastructure development
(a) construction of new buildings eg class rooms ,toilets ,teachers houses .
(b) Purchasing building materials for repair of buildings eg cement ,paint etc .(c) renovation of existing structures eg paint for repainting ,roofs repair ,toilets and teachers houses .
(d)_purchasing furniture for pupils' use as well as general repair .
(2) Teaching & learning materials :
(a) purchase of textbooks for new curriculum .
(b) stationery -manilla ,chalk ,markers ,glue ,exercise books
(C) ICT TOOLS ,eg laptops ,printers ,projectors ,solar panels &_batteries .
***(D) ECD (EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT ) NEEDS :
(I) TOYS (II) dolls ( iii) building castle blocks (iv) computer toys (vi)) shipping ropes
(3) Sports and culture :
-balls for soccer
-netball
-volleyball s
--sports uniforms

(6)Paying school levies for orphans &_vulnerable learners .
Tomorrow’s Adults
Schools are youth nurseries for tomorrow's adults generations .Thus every youth generation in schools should be evangelised to so that it would never be as in the time of the Judges where there is mention of a generation that "...DID NOT KNOW (recognize ,understand ) THE LORD ..." Amplified Bible .
The elders that outlived the man of God Joshua, I believe , didn't commit their time and effort to tell their children and youths about God and His mighty and wonderful miracles in delivering Israel from Egyptian bondage .They stopped to 'evangelise' their youths' generation to fear Jehovah .
And when Joshua died and the elders that outlived him died the next generation did not know God nor His works because they had not been taught to fear Him ,"And the people served the Lord ALL the days of Joshua ,and ALL THE DAYS OF THE ELDERS that outlived Joshua ,who had seen all the great works of the Lord ,that he did for Israel ...And also ALL that generation were gathered unto their fathers :AND THERE AROSE ANOTHER GENERATION AFTER THEM ,WHICH KNEW NOT THE LORD ,NOR YET THE WORKS WHICH HE HAD DONE FOR ISRAEL ."Judges 2:7&10 KJV
As PRISCCA will be donating to schools it will also be telling the youths in schools about the redemptive work of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ .Certainly many will commit their lives to the Gospel of the Cross of Calvary .And tomorrow's generation will not live in apostasy .

Church Grand
(d) THE CHURCH GRAND :
This grand will fund for the church activities that focus on spreading the Gospel of Christ . It will help fund for pastoral studies for disciples that want to be pastors ,"The harvest is indeed plentiful ,but the labourers are few ".Matthew 9:37
It will also fund upcoming ministries eg donating church marquees, PA systems ,chairs ,assist the children of need pastors ,support any missionary work of the body of Christ .PRISCCA would also wish to construct Bible colleges in certain rural areas across Zimbabwe .
Churches : funding of upcoming ministries and evangelical missions - funding for pastorial studies
- building of theological colleges etc
- funding and promoting massive open air crusades etc etc
